Managing payroll through an outsourced vendor
Vendor Management
Payroll Process Management
Understanding of Technology on Payroll parameters. Eg.SAP/Oracle
Skills in developing payroll process
Adhering to and reforming Policy and Process
Understanding and renewing Policy gaps
Understanding Tax and IT Policy
Abreast with new changes in IT Policy matters
Understanding of Compensation structures
Understanding of HR Compliance

Handling of ESOP Management & F&F process
Manual payroll experience is must
