Credit Protect Sales and Strategy Management for certain Key Verticals of Bank. Candidate would be responsible for achievement of top line targets through the verticals managed ; Undertake Sales Planning ; Strategy & Campaign Management for the verticals managed. Candidate would be also be responsible for managing the group claims for the Bank and Credila relationships.
1.Achievement of Top Line Targets for verticals handled.
2.Partner relationship management.
3.Field Team Support and Engagement.
4. Sales Planning and Strategy.
5. Micromanaging Sales Management Process for the verticals handled i.e.
i. Monitoring Channel Partner Meetings,
ii. Tracking Joint Calling,
iii. Tracking activities and local initiatives undertaken,
iv. FOS Engagement and Training.
6. Sales Campaign Management,
7. Seamless query management for company's Sales Team / Bank's Sales / Central Team.
9. Liaison between relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless functioning viz Actuarial / Group Ops / Customer Service / Bank's Sales Teams / Company's Field Sales Team & Bank's Central Team.
10. New channel prospecting and activation for Credit Protect
11. Project Management and New Initiatives
12. Ensuring seamless action on the group claims received
13. Ensuring settlement of claims within TAT
14. Identifying bottle-necks, areas of improvement and implementing solutions in the claims processes to improve the end customer experience
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Inclusive of 12% Varriables
