Job Description

Broad Role:

Take Charge, Lead & Perform & the following audit assignments:

1) Claims Closed File Review (CFR) and feedback to claims team/improvement
2) Property, Marine, Liability, Home, Motor & Miscellaneous LOBs
3) Develop analytics for audit mechanism and improve audit framework
4) Surveyor Gradation and evaluation /feedback
5) Appraisal of cases Board Approved Underwriting Authority Matrix
6) Process and documentation of filed products
7) Interphase between central and external audit function

Job Profile:

Planning, scoping and delivering the audit activities
Validate the gaps in respect of claim assessment found in CFR and feedback to Claims & Product team for incorporating the improvements in to their function/processes, including monitoring implementation of quality improvements
Claims assessed & paid as per the terms, conditions, warranties, clauses & deductibles mentioned in some policies
Highlight & discuss errors, findings or loophole in process or system with CSM & Product Team and provide recommendations
Regular follow-up with CSM & Product Team to execute the actionable within agreed timeline for compliance
Provide CSM Scorecards and feed back to claims team leader
Provide Surveyor's Scorecards to product team
Monthly audit of policies and procedures based on define parameters in adherence with a File & Use Guidelines introduced by IRDA and companys Underwriting Philosophy & Policy
Control of Board Approved Underwriting Authority Matrix
Quarterly checking of underwriting limit coding in PAS
Interface for Internal & External Auditor and resolves queries raised

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
