Duties & Responsibilities
Complete recruitment as per agreed deliverable for all Functions
Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Mid-Managerial & Leadership Roles across the organisation.
Handling entire recruitment life cycle for all HO positions Managerial Level and above
Using different recruitment techniques like Head Hunting, Cold calling , Social Media Recruitment etc
Delivery the manpower with in TAT
Work closely with the Business Heads in deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget.
Monitor & Control the Recruitment Budget for Positions Handled
Campus Connect Program
Preparation of Campus Connect process PPT
Deploy the Campus Connect Program to maintain a Talent Pool for all Critical Business Functions
Internal Talent Positing
Drive Program across the country and ensuring effectiveness of the Program
Preparing & Monitoring suitable metrics in adherence to the preset standards to assess the effectiveness in Recruitment Function
