Compensation benchmarking evaluations
Ensure alignment to the Compensation Philosophy of the organization
Implementation of annual increments and bonuses
Design and administration of competitive reward and incentive plans
Formulation, review and communication of HR and C&B policies
Design, execution and communication of Employee Stock Option Plans
Analytics on various C&B parameters

Salary: INR 14,00,000 - 24,00,000 P.A.
